Dodgeball Spin - Competition Information

First game of the competition will be a friendly training session where we teach the rules and how to move around the field. Everybody gets it quickly and there is no need for more training. The results of that first game don’t go into the score for the competition.

Each team can have minimum 4 and maximum 12 players in a game. We’ll try to have equal number of players in each team. Teams don’t need to have equal number of players on the field for the game to go on. However if too many players of a team don’t show up, there will be penalty points.

Not specified – any combination of players is ok.

Games go for 3 X 13 minutes with 5 minutes break in between.

Yes and no. Every player will get a Canteen bandana in unique colours of their team.  Every player will be given a red or blue bib for the game which they will return at the end of the game.

No. Our referee will bring out a playing ball, field marking cones and bibs. Players may want to wear their Canteen bandanas as the colours of their team (supplied by us at the first game).

First report it to the referee so he can write the injury on his card, second come and see the front desk to fill out the injury report sheet and receive some first aid or ice (if needed), then go see a doctor and let us know either by phone, email or coming down to see us at the desk what the extent of your injury is and if you will need to make an insurance claim.

Games are on at all times until an announcement is made on our Facebook page.
This announcement will be made as soon as Council closes the ground. This is generally between 3pm-5pm.
Please do not ring us  – wait until you see the announcement on our Facebook page.
NO ANNOUNCEMENT MEANS GAMES ARE ON
